| PERSONAL NOTE FROM THE LEAD NAVIGATOR I don't know who wrote the saying, "Life begins when you leave your comfort zone." But what I do know...it is true. When was the last time you left your comfort zone? My son and I are heading to Diriamba, Nicaragua on a mission trip to build houses for local villagers. The trip takes place November 2-8, 2012. Our goal is to build 12 houses in four days with 18 men from our church. This is our opportunity to give back to people less fortunate than us. What I like most about this trip is we are doing all the labor. This is not a vacation trip, nor have we allowed anytime for sightseeing. We are cutting, nailing and pouring concrete. These are the kind of tr I don't normally ask for assistance from people. But I know many of you truly care and want to participate. I have already paid my own way and all the other people going have paid their way as well. However, we still need to raise money for building materials and you are more than welcome to contribute. Any amount would be appreciated. All proceeds will go to the actual cost of building materials -- not to anyone personally. You have my word on that. Each house costs $2100 to build.
