I have been a speaker, author and consultant for over 25 years. I've written scores of books, hundreds of articles and columns, traveled to dozens of countries and appeared on radio and television about my strategies and approaches as a talent management consultant and business strategist. I have achieved almost every goal and dream I set for myself. I am very blessed and fortunate.
