These will work well if you are working outside that requires your energy more such as lifting and shifting things or walking or even standing. Howeve r, if your work or daily activities are not requires you to move around, I recommend you to take or drink weight loss shakes as these shakes could help you to lose weight too. Just remember to eat moderately because you might be eating another smaller meal in next two hours of the day.
