The impact is even worse, when it is an executive or a manager causing the problems. It ruins it for everyone and makes it a miserable place to work. This is what I call, emotional incompetence.

Managing Personality Conflicts and Negative Attitudes in the Workplace

They’re here, there, everywhere. They upset managers and fellow employees--even themselves. Who are “they?” If you haven’t already guessed, “they” are the negative employees most people encounter in the workforce at some point. If not carefully managed, they can suck the energy out of your business and your personal life.

What is a negative employee? They are people with poisonous attitudes and behavior patterns who negatively influence the people around them. Negative workers come is various shapes and sizes. Sometimes they spread rumors, gossip about coworkers, or bad mouth their superiors to their faces and behind their backs. Basically, they are unhappy people who resist the positive efforts of others.

Managers often hesitate to terminate them if they are productive or have special skills/experience. Sometimes managers do not understand the amount of stress a person with a bad attitude creates. It may be hard to accept a negative employee who did a good job, but at the expense of the productivity of others. Yet, ignoring or tolerating the problems and atmosphere they create can easily and quickly result in dissatisfaction among other employees.

What can a supervisor/manager do when faced with this unpleasant dilemma?

First, analyze the situation. How much does the person contribute to the overall success of the office/department/business? How much do they contribute to creating personality conflicts with other employees? How doe s that unhappiness translate into reduced productivity and enthusiasm? How much of your time as a manager are you using to control the situation? What are the legal ramifications (if any) of discharging the employee?

How to Make Money Autoblogging?

With the ever increasing popularity of blogs, it would be smart to learn how to make money autoblogging. Autoblogging is a really simple yet profitable way to make money with blogs, if you do it the right way. Here is a step by step guide you can use to make money autoblogging:

Choose a niche Choosing a niches is the first step in many online money making methods, and auto blogging is no exception. Its best that you pick a niche that you are passionate or at least have a fair amounts of knowledge and understanding of it. Its not required, but it makes your job much easier.

Get a domain name Buy a domain for your blog. If possible try to pick a domain that has includes your main keywords. Dont be scared of this step. Domain names dont cost that much. Usually you can register a domain for $10 a year. But, if you dont want to spend that much money, you can get .info domains for $0.99. It cant get any cheaper than that. Although .info domains are harder to rank for camper to.com and .net domains.

Set up your blog It rally doesnt matter which blogging platform you use. But, my personal preference is wordpress, because wp blog is very easy to use and maintain, there are a lot of free plug-ins for wordpress that can make your job easier, there are thousands of free professional word press themes available online and many more reasons.

Pick an affiliate product The main way you will make money from your auto blogs, is through selling affiliate products. So, you need to chose an affiliate product to promote. Obviously, its best to pick a product that is related to your niche. You can use Clickbank to find top selling product to promote as an affiliate.

Install WP-O-Matic Plug-in This is a great plug-in and a must have for auto bloggers. You can use this very useful plug-in to automatically turn RSS feeds into posts. Although there are many ore plug-ins like this one, what separates WP-O-Matic is one unique future that is very important if you want to make money with your auto blogs. It allows you to turn your keywords into links, links to whatever you like. Which in this case would be affiliate products (we will talk about it in the next steps). WP-o-Matic plug-in.

Install GoCodes Plug-in You can use this plug-in to cloak your affiliate links. It simply makes your affiliated links, not looking like affiliate links! Cloaking links helps in increasing your affiliate sales, since a lot of people tend to backup when they click on a link and see that its an affiliate link. GoCodes plug-in.

Load GoCodes with affiliate links Get related (to your niche)keyword-based RSS feeds for WP-O-Matic. Load Gocodes plug-in with all of your keywords and your affiliate URLs. The plug-in will turn these keywords into links to your affiliate products.

Build backlinks To build a successful blog, you need to build backlinks to it which in normal situation takes a lot of work and time. But, Since the point of autoblog is to spend less time working on it, you can use a few simple method to build some quick backlinks and spread the word. Search Google for a list of RSS feed and submit your blog to all of them. Also, use a free pinging service like pingler.com to ping your posts. Pinging helps your content to get indexed by search engines very quickly. Backlinks not only help your search engine ranking, but, they also provide free ways to drive traffic to your blog.

Your work is done! You can simply move on and start another autoblog, repeating this process as many times as you like. As your blog builds keyword targeted backlinks to your GoCode URLs and directs highly targeted traffic (potential buyers) to your affiliate product, your blog will start to climb the search engine ranking. As the time goes on and your blog gets more and more backlinks, it will ark higher and higher, which ultimately means more traffic fro your blog and possibly more affiliate sales for you.

Meanwhile, you can build more auto blogs. You can use the same niche or build your auto blogs based on different niches. But, I must warn you, you will not make much money for a while. In same cases it may take months and even years, specially if you choose a very competitive niche. But, if you do it the right way, you will start to see some earnings, which will increase steadily as the time passes on.

It will take you less than a few hours to set up an autoblog (for the first few times). But, as you build more and more blogs, this time will decrease to 30 minuets or so. If you dont have much time, plan on building one auto blog every day. After a moth you will have 30 auto blogs. And, even if you earn $2 a day from each blog, that adds up to $60 a day. Dont you think thats worth 30 minutes a day? Of course, you dont have to stop there, you can build more and more autoblogs. Test things out, try different affiliate products, try different monetization methods, try different niches and so on.

Keep in mind, you dont just have to rely on affiliate products sales to earn money from your autoblogs. There are other ways you can make money with auto blogs as well. You can make money using ad sense and other PPC sites, sell advertising space on your blogs, create a report or an e-book related to your niche and sell it on your blog, you can even sell the blog itself, if you wish. There are so many ways you can make money autoblogging. You just have to build them and be patient.
