Say No To Bad Links
If you are new to blogging or your blog is brand new mu must have tried to link building with other blogs, you may tried blog walking, link sharing or buying links. But make sure that there are millions of bad websites offering free links or paid links that could lead you trouble. Also make sure that, while commenting on other blogs avoid "Warez, Hacking, Cracking, Drugs, Medicines, P*rn sites". Those sites are called bad neighbours!.
Duplicate Contents
Avoid duplicate contents, SEs tr eat duplicate contents on your blog or website as a copied material.
No / Avoid Doorway Pages
Doorway pages are specially optimized pages, which is created only for search engine. Those have at least 3-4 keywords. Doorway pages are also known as gateway, bridge, jump-page and supplemental pages.
People fall to it because doorway pages gives higher search engine rankings for any used keyword, with any search engine. This page usually has an image, some text and some links that tempts users to click on the link. Doorway pages mostly considered as spam by search engines. If you are going to create Doorway pages on your website please look at this point Google mentioned in Webmaster Tools help section: "Reasons your site may not be included:
You employ doorway pages. Google does not encourage the use of doorway pages. We want to point users to content pages, not to doorways or splash screens."
Stuffing Keywords?? No Way!!
Never stuff keywords in one page more than 5% of the page text or content. There are hundreds of free keyword density checker online please use them to avoid keyword stuffing. Keyword stuffing also considered by Google as Keyword Spamming!.
No To Blackhat SEO
Blackhat method in SEO may give you fast results, but Search engine bots are not so stupid that, you can fool them, it might take few days to them to know that you are using BH SEO Method, but once they know you are using BH method then your site is trashed, its almost impossible to release your site from search engine trash box! So, use real method of SEO it may take longer to show the results but its perman ent!
Avoid Too Many InBound Links
It's good to have inbound links, because inbound links give you good page rank. But having more inbound link, your site looks sloppy and search engines wont like too many of them!
No Flash No JQuery
Having flash on website looks cool, but search engine won't read flash. If you really need to use flash in your website make sure to have good keywords and description in Meta tag.
Irrelevant Keywords
Irrelevant Keywords means using unrelated keywords in website. If you write a blog about technology and you know that "dentist in LA" gives you good search engine positions. But never use it because search engines are smart as they understand your website or blog contents and the keywords you use. If you want to use the keyword "dentist in LA" write an article and publish!
