This new functionality is available only to Easy Splash Builder and Easy Rotator paid members. For example, you can set some sites from your rotator to be shown only to US visitors, other sites — to all European visitors only, and the rest of the links from your rotator — to all visitors worldwide. This can be very useful when you need to target your ads to some particular countries but source program (Traffic exchange, PTC, and so on) doesn't provide any geo targeting option.
